This is a blog post. I can give permission to you to create new blog posts. I cannot make a template, but you can duplicate an existing blog page to help create a more consistent look.
If someone enters the text and images, I can make it look prettier. I can make editing changes after it has been published.
It’s pretty easy to add images.

You can’t make it look exactly how you want it to, so get over it.
Everything has to work on all screens and the editing software won’t allow you to do things that it deems too complicated. The image above wants to take up the entire screen width, so it’s big with lots of white space.
