Wholesale Flower Shop Access – Member Agreement

A wholesale flower shop in Norwalk has graciously agreed to allow approved members of the Garden Club of Old Greenwich to shop there. This is a professional wholesale business, not open to the public. Our continued access depends on everyone following their rules and maintaining a courteous, businesslike relationship with the staff.

Please read and agree to the following conditions:

To be added to the list of approved Garden Club of Old Greenwich members who can shop at the wholesale flower market, please read and agree to the following conditions:

• Shopping hours for club members are from 10:00 a.m. until closing.

• Access is a privilege extended to approved members only.

• I will not bring non-members (including friends or family) into the shop.

• I understand that this is a wholesale business, not a retail shop. Purchases are for personal or club-related use only, not for resale or excessive personal buying.

• When I arrive, I will identify myself by name as a Garden Club of Old Greenwich member before shopping by going to the small office with the glass windows, where staff will confirm my name on the approved list.

• Payment is cash only.

• I will not disturb or expect assistance from employees beyond what is necessary for checkout; they are not retail sales staff.

• I will follow all shop rules, respect staff, inventory, and hours, and understand that privileges may be revoked if these conditions are not followed.
